The value for money at Exclusive Holiday Home was unbeatable. The room was top-notch, with stylish and comfortable interiors. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff, especially Giovanni, treated us like royalty throughout our honeymoon.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

Stayed in the heart of the city, with beautiful terraces, well-furnished rooms, and amazing views. Loved the romantic atmosphere and proximity to shops. , the host went above and beyond, even providing "emergency food" and chocolates for my husband. Fabulous!
Couldn't stay longer. oh well.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who is a terrible cook. It was like having my own personal Gordon Ramsay in the room, minus the yelling and the culinary expertise.
Noise from city center traffic.

I recently stayed at the Exclusive Holiday Home in the heart of Bergamo. It was a fabulous location and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. Giovanni, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The modern and clean apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a lift in the building. The thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks, including alcohol, made our stay even more enjoyable. it felt like a 5-star hotel and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting.
I recommend this hotel.

The room was stylish and modern, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff, especially Giovanni, were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the breakfast option. It could have been improved with more variety and options.

The apartment at Bergamo Exclusive Holiday Home was fantastic! The private bathroom with a bidet made me feel like royalty. I loved that our room had a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. The rainfall showerhead in the shower was so relaxing, and the bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. Having complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers was a great perk too!
I personally didn't enjoy the bidet in the bathroom, but I understand that others may find it useful.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with impeccable taste, making us feel right at home. It was conveniently located just steps away from Via XX Settembre, which made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the two lovely terraces, where we could relax and take in the sights of the Citta Alta. Additionally, having air conditioning in every room was a bonus, especially after a long day of walking in the city.
The noise from the city center traffic was quite loud, which may be bothersome for those who are not used to it. This was a bit of a downside, as it affected our sleep quality at times.
